Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and repairing various home appliances, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and Repair :
  Efficiently diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances, including refrigerators, ice machines, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, and more.
• Customer Service :
  Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining repair issues and solutions to customers and ensuring their satisfaction with the repair process.
• Maintenance :
  Perform routine maintenance of appliances as needed, ensuring all work is completed to company standards.
• Safety Compliance :
  Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and customers.
• Inventory Management :
  Maintain accurate records of parts used and ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
• Documentation :
  Accurately document all service and repair activities, including diagnosis, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Continuous Learning :
  Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and repair techniques through ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications :

• Experience :
  Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in appliance repair.
• Technical Skills :
  Strong technical knowledge of home appliances, including electrical and mechanical systems.
• Certifications :
  Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA, NASTeC) are a plus.
• Problem-Solving :
  Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Communication :
  Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Focus :
  Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Driver's License :
  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical Ability :
  Ability to lift and move heavy appliances and work in various physical environments.
