Security Systems Technician Job Dallas area,Texas USA,Trades / Skilled Labor

Founded in 1984, Firetrol Protection Systems is a national leader in fire protection and security services. We are currently seeking skilled Security / Access Control / CCTV Technicians to join our team of over 1,000 of the best Fire Protection and Security Professionals in the industry. This opening is for the Dallas, Texas Office.

Responsibilities:

Applicable work experience, training, or education in the inspection, repair, installation, maintenance, programming, and repair of Security-Access Control, Intrusion, and CCTV Systems. Preference given to those candidates with experience and certification(s) in Lenel and Software House / Kantech Products and various other product lines.

May work in a variety of businesses and institutions including commercial, industrial, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, education, and government facilities.

Qualified candidates will have their State of Texas issued Security Installation/Access Control Licenses or be willing to obtain any applicable state licenses. Hybrid candidates are a plus. Fire Alarm experience and license is preferred but not required.

Two-year degree in Electrical / Electronic Disciplines preferred but not required.

Proficient in system programming, troubleshooting, and various digital meters (DVM).

Looking for seasoned, self-disciplined security professionals.
