Roof Dog is seeking a skilled Roof Maintenance/Repair Technician for a full-time, on-site position in Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX. This role involves conducting inspections, performing routine maintenance, and executing repairs on residential and commercial roofing systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting roofing issues, ensuring proper function of equipment and tools, and delivering high-quality workmanship. The technician will interact with customers to discuss repairs, explain findings, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to safety protocols and company standards.

• Proficiency in equipment maintenance, including handling tools and materials for roofing repairs
• Strong troubleshooting skills to assess and resolve roofing issues efficiently
• Experience in customer satisfaction and effective communication to provide excellent service and build rapport
• Knowledge of appliance repair related to roofing components is advantageous
• Physical fitness to perform hands‑on labor and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Prior experience in roofing or related construction fields is highly desirable
