• Diagnose and resolve a wide range of plumbing issues with precision, including repairing leaks, replacing components, addressing burst pipes, and clearing drain obstructions.
• Perform detailed inspections of structures, accurately identifying and marking pipe routes, connection points, and required openings within walls and floors to ensure clean, efficient installations.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and system layouts to guide accurate planning and execution.
• Install and service plumbing systems—including gas, water, sewer, and steam—while ensuring all work meets applicable code and inspection requirements.
• Complete accurate billing, invoicing, and daily job documentation to support seamless workflow and customer transparency.
• Deliver exceptional customer service from the initial call through final project completion, ensuring every homeowner feels informed, valued, and satisfied with the work performed.

• Valid Journeyman Plumbers license issued by the TSBPE.
• Three (3)+ years of experience as a residential service plumber.
• Proficiency in plumbing techniques and procedures, including the ability to interpret mechanical drawings and layouts accurately.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction through clear communication and professionalism.
• Capable of handling physical demands associated with plumbing tasks.
• The ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• A valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
