Job Overview

Earn $18 per hour M-F 9am - 5pm. Full‑time hours & great benefits! Must have a valid DL and vehicle to use.

Platinum Parking is looking for a Full‑Time Lot technician/maintenance porter. The ideal candidate will have a parking equipment repair experience or strong technical skills.

• Technical ability
• Knowledge with parking equipment preferred
• Have a valid Texas Driver’s License
• Capable of working in a fast pace environment
• Must be courteous and friendly with the ability to communicate effectively
• Be willing to undergo pre‑employment background and driver’s record checks
• Be willing to undergo random drug screenings
• Must be a self‑starter who is comfortable working alone
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Maintain & repair pay stations
• Installation and removal of pay stations
• Installation and removal of signage
• Pothole repair
• Landscaping
• General maintenance
• Reporting on lot status
• Ability to work 5 days a week Monday‑Friday (some weekends but very few)
• Able to climb ladders if needed
• Able to lift 50 lbs.

• High school or equivalent

• English (required)
