• High School Diploma, plus a technical/trade school certificate in refrigeration is essential.
• Familiarity with RETA certification modules and advanced OEM training for equipment service.
• Must possess an EPA certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Extensive experience in troubleshooting industrial ammonia and synthetic refrigeration systems.
• Strong customer service skills and eagerness to expand your expertise in the refrigeration service sector.
• Ability to travel up to 90% locally using a company vehicle, with occasional material pickups at the service branch.
• Proficiency in using tablet-based software for completing service tasks and submitting reports.
• Certifications to operate necessary machinery such as a lull, scissor lift, and forklift.
• Safety training completed, or willingness to obtain OSHA 10-hour certification, ammonia awareness, and HAZWOPER training.

• Troubleshoot and service industrial ammonia and synthetic refrigeration systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment and controls.
• Use tablet-based software to document service tasks, inspections, and reports.
• Operate applicable machinery in a safe and compliant manner (lull, scissor lift, forklift).
• Travel locally up to 90%, with occasional material pickups at the service branch.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in required safety trainings (OSHA, ammonia awareness, HAZWOPER).
