Job Responsibilities
  • Observe, learn, and understand a wide range of skills and processes under the instruction of a skilled electrician.
  • Demonstrate these skills and processes as on‑the‑job training progresses by working independently or with others to complete assigned tasks.
  • Learn and understand the importance of safety within the workspace and across projects.
  • Learn about the various tools and materials required for electricians to complete tasks and projects.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and organization in the work area.
  • Properly utilize the required tools and equipment for each specific task.
Qualifications
  • 1–4 years of electrical experience
  • Strong understanding of the importance of quality work
  • Detail‑oriented with strong communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others to promote efficiency
