- Demonstrate these skills and processes as on‑the‑job training progresses by working independently or with others to complete assigned tasks.
- Learn and understand the importance of safety within the workspace and across projects.
- Learn about the various tools and materials required for electricians to complete tasks and projects.
- Maintain good housekeeping and organization in the work area.
- Properly utilize the required tools and equipment for each specific task.
- 1–4 years of electrical experience
- Strong understanding of the importance of quality work
- Detail‑oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with others to promote efficiency
