Facilities Technician Stanley Black & Decker | Dallas, TX Facilities & Maintenance | Full-Time (North Dallas, near the Valley Ranch/Coppell area)

Pay $21.21 Paid Weekly Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM What You'll Do

• Perform general facility maintenance, including drywall, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and concrete repairs
• Inspect and maintain HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, air compressors, and dryers
• Assist with equipment moves, installations, and running conduit, pipe, and chiller lines
• Support the plant electrician with maintenance tasks
• Perform preventive maintenance and complete work orders in the CMMS system
• Support 5S, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient facility
• Work with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve facility and equipment issues

What You Need

• High School Diploma or GED;
  Technical School preferred
• 3+ years of facilities or maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems
• Electrical experience preferred; licensed electrician a plus
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CMMS
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and train others

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, and crouch throughout the shift
• Lift 10 lbs. regularly and up to 33 lbs. occasionally
• Comfortable working around machinery, fumes, loud noise, and occasional extreme temperatures
