4:00 AM – 2:30 PM Pay: $25.95/hour

Are you a hands-on problem solver who loves keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Maintenance Technician I to join our friendly team at Stanley Black & Decker in Dallas! What You'll Be Doing:

• Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment
• Performing routine preventive maintenance to keep things running great
• Working independently while keeping your shift lead in the loop
• Helping our Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams get to the root of equipment issues
• Sharing your talents and supporting other technicians
• Keeping our shop tidy and following safety standards
• Completing work orders and documenting them in our system
• Learning and growing as you work with new equipment and schematics
• Joining in team efforts to improve how we work
• Tackling other tasks as needed!

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Solid skills in break-fix and preventive maintenance
• Experience with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and Allen Bradley controls
• Familiarity with advanced PLCs, robotics, CNC repair, and wrench forge work
• Strong troubleshooting and repair abilities
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, fluid power, and control systems
• Comfortable using hand tools and specialized equipment
• Basic Microsoft Office and CMMS knowledge
• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude, dependable, and ready to solve problems

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, reach, and use your hands
• Lift 10 lbs regularly and up to 33 lbs occasionally
• Work safely around moving parts, some strong fumes, loud noises, and temperature changes
