Role Overview :Maintenance Technician at QXO
Located at 2537 Willowbrook Road in Dallas, TX, this role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment, machinery, and facilities. You will support overall operational reliability by maintaining systems, minimizing downtime, and helping sustain a safe working environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facility systems
- Inspecting equipment to identify issues and minimize downtime
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and operational problems
- Following preventive maintenance schedules and maintaining accurate service records
- Interpreting manuals, drawings, and technical documents
- Supporting continuous improvement efforts to enhance equipment performance
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Three weekday shift options are available: 6am–3pm, 7am–4pm, or 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday. The position features weekly pay at $29–$32 per hour, depending on experience, along with a $45 monthly cell phone allowance and bonus potential.

- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or a related field
- Familiarity with maintenance tools, equipment, and systems
- Ability to work in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends based on business needs
