- Utilize diagnostic tools and multimeters to verify the integrity of low-voltage electrical circuits.
- Address and fix common network, Windows, and application-level communication errors.

- Keep your service vehicle organized with the necessary tools and a sufficient inventory of spare parts.
- Keep clients informed by providing clear updates on your arrival times and the status of their repairs.
- Empower clients by teaching them how to operate equipment and perform basic first-line troubleshooting.
- Maintain a safe working environment by strictly adhering to food-safety, electrical, and site-specific protocols.
- Contribute to the team by joining an on-call rotation and being available for occasional overnight travel.
- Possession of a GED or high school diploma.
- Minimum of one year of professional experience in equipment repair, field service, or general maintenance.
- Demonstrated proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to effectively operate power tools, hand tools, and digital multimeters.
- Fundamental knowledge of networking, computer hardware, and operating systems.
- Capacity to interpret technical manuals, service guides, and complex wiring diagrams.
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent service and clear communication to our clients.
- A clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
- Proven ability to manage your own schedule and handle multiple service requests independently.
- Flexibility to travel and work during evenings or weekends when required.
- Experience with ATMs, smart lockers, kiosks, POS systems, or vending machines.
- Familiarity with receipt printers, bill acceptors, card readers, and payment terminals.
- Knowledge of control boards, PCs, touchscreens, low-voltage wiring, and sensors.
- Experience with remote monitoring, cellular, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Background in working with heated, frozen, or refrigerated vending units.
- Experience with temperature-control systems or food service equipment.
- Proficiency in commissioning new equipment and providing training to end-users.
- Experience using software for inventory management or field-service ticketing.
