CBRE is seeking a skilled Plumber to maintain and repair plumbing, mechanical, and distribution systems across a facility in Dallas. You will perform preventive maintenance, installations, testing, and troubleshooting based on blueprints and codes.
The role requires Journeyman plumbing certification, 4–5 years of related experience, and a valid driver's license. Medical Gas and Backflow certifications are preferred; strong safety and documentation practices are essential.
