RLP Mechanical is growing, and we're looking for Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Installers to join our team across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

• Install commercial HVAC sheet metal & ductwork equipment for new construction and retrofit projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and equipment installation instructions
• Assist with equipment startup, troubleshooting, and commissioning as needed
• Perform HVAC piping, connections, and related installation work
• Assist with ductwork installation and other mechanical work as needed
• Safely handle and transport equipment, materials, and tools
• Work safely on rooftops, lifts, ladders, and in mechanical rooms or other confined areas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Work effectively with project managers, foremen, technicians, and other trades

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sheet metal / ductwork installation experience required
• Hands-on sheet metal fabrication experience a plus but not required
• Ability to read and interpret commercial HVAC blueprints and plans
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
