Commercial Roofer Service Tech at Progressive Roofing — Dallas, TX

Progressive Roofing is seeking a skilled Commercial Roofer Service Tech for a full-time position in Dallas, TX. Known for high standards and reliable service across the Dallas area, the company specializes in roof repair, maintenance, and service work on commercial flat and low-slope roofing systems. If you have hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing commercial roof systems, this role offers consistent work on TPO, EPDM, PVC, and modified bitumen membranes.

• Perform commercial roof inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance
• Diagnose and fix leaks on TPO, PVC, EPDM, and other commercial roofing systems
• Install flashings, sealants, and roofing materials as needed
• Safely operate hand tools, equipment, ladders, and lifts
• Complete daily job reports and communicate with service managers
• Maintain clean job sites that meet OSHA safety standards
• Work independently or as part of a 2-person service crew

• 2+ years of commercial roofing experience (preferred)
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable working at heights and using fall-protection systems
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus
