WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Key Responsibilities

  Front-End & Suspension:
  Diagnose and repair steering linkages, tie rods, drag links, kingpins, wheel bearings, ball joints, and shock absorbers, plus perform alignments.

  Electrical Systems:
  Troubleshoot and repair 12V/24V chassis wiring, multiplexing systems, lighting harnesses, starter/alternator issues, dash clusters, and CAN-bus communication faults. Along with A/C work as well

  Diagnostics & Maintenance:
  Use multimeters, test lights, and OEM or aftermarket diagnostic software ( Cummins, Ford/GM commercial) to isolate and clear codes. Knowledge of A/C systems and Test equipment

• Safety & Documentation:
  Perform multi-point vehicle safety inspections, maintain accurate repair orders, and follow OSHA/shop safety standards.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE

• Qualifications & Requirements

  Experience:
  
  2+ years of hands-on experience working on medium-duty trucks (Class 3–7 like Ford F-550/650, RAM 4500/5500, Isuzu NPR, Freightliner M2).

  Skills:
  
  Strong electrical schematic reading ability, proficiency with digital multimeters and hand/power tools. Along with Alignments

  License:
  Valid driver’s license (CDL Class B or willingness to obtain one is a strong plus).

  Physical Ability:
  Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work on your feet or under vehicles.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU STAND OUT

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $35-$40 per hour / flat-rate depending on experience
