Position Summary

The Wireless Field Technician performs general construction activities related to telecommunications tower sites and related infrastructure. Responsibilities include site preparation, excavation, foundation work, equipment installation, maintenance activities, material transportation, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment cabinet placement and securing
• DC Voltage (Power Plants, Batteries)
• Cable installation (fiber, power)
• Site maintenance and repairs
• Tower assembly support
• Trenching and conduit installation
• Ice bridge and H-frame installation
• Fencing installation
• Aggregate road and compound construction
• Foundation and slab construction
• Site layout and clearing preferred
• Excavation and grading preferred
• Transport tools, equipment, cabinets, batteries, and materials using company vehicles and trailers when required.
• Maintain company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean, safe, and operational conditions.
• Complete and submit accurate documentation, reports, logs, and project records.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professional relationships with customers and team members.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and federal/state driving requirements.
• Support additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
