Apartment Life is seeking Events and Ministry
Coordinators to serve in apartment communities across the country. As a Coordinator, you'll help create an exceptional living experience by planning engaging events, building meaningful relationships, and fostering a welcoming community where residents feel known, valued, and connected.

About the Role
Events and Ministry Coordinators partner with Apartment Life to create thriving apartment communities through genuine hospitality, engaging events, and intentional relationships. This role is an opportunity to demonstrate God's unconditional love through everyday interactions while helping residents feel at home.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and host engaging community events.
- Build authentic relationships with residents and apartment staff.
- Welcome new residents and foster a sense of belonging.
- Provide encouragement, care, and practical support to community members.
- Create a positive and hospitable atmosphere throughout the community.
- Represent Apartment Life with professionalism, integrity, and excellence.
Qualifications
We're looking for individuals or couples who are:
- Passionate about serving others and building community.
- Friendly, relational, and naturally hospitable.
- Organized, dependable, and proactive.
- Strong communicators who can manage responsibilities consistently.
- Excited to make a meaningful impact where they live.
Apartment Life offers both paid and volunteer Coordinator opportunities, depending on the apartment community and location.
Hourly compensation (varies by community).
