The Automation Engineer will lead the development and implementation of automation frameworks, focusing on API testing and cloud-based solutions.
This role requires strong expertise in Java, Rest Assured, SQL, and AWS, and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of automation frameworks.
- Conduct extensive API testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Utilize Java and Rest Assured for robust and scalable test automation.
- Apply SQL for database validation and verification.
- Leverage AWS Cloud services for cloud-based testing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of software solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in API testing and automation.
- Strong proficiency in Java and hands-on experience with Rest Assured.
- Proven ability to build and implement automation frameworks from scratch.
- Solid knowledge of SQL for effective database validation.
- Familiarity with AWS Cloud environments and services.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and deliver results in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
- Knowledge of performance testing and monitoring tools.
