Senior Fullstack Engineer

Location: Dallas, TX – Ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days/week onsite) in Dallas, TX is required.

Job Type: W2 Contract (No C2C). Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without a sponsoring employer indefinitely. US citizens, Green Card holders, and EAD holders are eligible.

Role Overview

Our client, a Big 4 Consulting firm, is seeking a strong Senior Fullstack Engineer (or Lead Developer) to join their team. This role requires a developer who can take ownership, drive feature development, and lead through planning, design, and code reviews. You will assist junior team members in overcoming blockers, enhance existing functionality, and fix bugs. This position focuses more on backend development with C# and .NET,

alongside front-end web application development.

• Serve as a senior developer or lead on a development team.
• Plan and design features with a solid understanding of overall architecture.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Take ownership of delivering quality software solutions.
• Handle bug fixes and system enhancements.
• Participate in coding challenges focused on high-level design and expectations.

• Minimum of 5 years, ideally 7-8 years, of professional development experience.
• Strong backend development skills with C# and .NET.
• Front-end experience primarily with Angular;
  Type Script knowledge is a plus. Flexible candidates with React or other front-end frameworks are also considered.
• Preferred experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• No Java skills required.
• Exposure to AI tools that support development is a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning via courses, certifications, or passion projects.
