What will you be doing?

• Architect and help build a multi‑agent system working with an initial customer to redefine requirements.
• Develop and deploy agentic AI systems and agents.
• Design AI Agents and build applications based on large language models (LLMs) and AI frameworks.
• Create autonomous AI agents that can take actions based on user instructions.
• Lead RAG strategies to optimize AI output relevance, accuracy, and safety.
• Work with the initial customer to refine requirements and transform use cases into working products.

What are the minimum qualifications?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Lead with experience in software development and architecture, preferably in AI.
• 5+ years of Python programming, including asynchronous programming and API design.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with LLMs and AI agent systems (e.g., Lang Chain, Llama Index).
• Must have experience in RAG strategies for AI optimization.
• Previous experience with vector databases such as Chroma
  
  DB, Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, AWS Kendra, or Vertex AI Search.
• Proficient in AWS services (Lambda, ECS, S3) and deploying ML workloads in containers.
• Understanding of Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and observability.
• Strong communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Startup or small company experience in AI development.
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs or semantic retrieval systems.
• Background in applied machine learning, including fine‑tuning, embedding optimization, and evaluation metrics.
• Production experience with Lang Graph, CrewAI, or the OpenAI Agents SDK.
