What You’ll Do- Drive the reliability and performance of the platform through the implementation and maintenance of strong CI/CD practices, monitoring and logging systems, and incident response runbooks.
- Be a key voice in technical planning and communication.
- Document specifications and maintain development environments.
- Architect and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
- Handle critical incidents on‑call and participate in post‑mortem analysis and remediation efforts.
- Maintain SLAs and communicate with stakeholders about platform uptime and performance.
- Solve problems and make data‑driven decisions.
- Stay up‑to‑date with new technologies and best practices in the cloud space.
- Embody our world‑class tech team and company cultures.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Expertise in cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and monitoring on AWS, GCP, or Azure platforms.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, AWS Code Pipeline, or Circle CI.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience working with database management services such as Amazon RDS, Dynamo
DB, Aurora, and Red Shift. - Detail‑oriented with a proven ability to take on complex problems, break them down, and drive optimal solutions.
- A relentless curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement, coupled with a winning attitude.
- Able to work in‑office at our headquarters in Downtown Dallas.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Type Script, and Node.js.
- Experience with data architecture, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementation experience.
This position is expected to start in early Q1 2026. Veryable will not sponsor U.S. work authorization. All applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future.
