The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced mobile Automation Engineer with strong leadership, insights on Mobile Architecture, software development skills and experience in developing and enhancing mobile test automation frameworks. He or she will be leading and designing/developing automated, solutions including unit testing, functional testing, UI testing and performance testing that help guarantee the software quality across a wide range of mobile devices and tablets.

• Innovative approach to uncover issues during the development phase.
• Implement new testing frameworks for future products and features.
• Participate in code review of standards, procedures, tools, and quality improvement processes.
• Maintain automated regression suites/packages to be compliant with changing requirements and features.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams
• Collaborating with the design team to define app features.
• Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications.
• Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks.
• Fixing application bugs before the final release.
• Publishing application on App Store.
• Maintaining the code and atomization of the application.
• Designing and implementing application updates.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree is required to ensure success as a mobile development Engineer, you should have a strong working knowledge of current market trends of mobile applications servicing consumers for financial industry mobile Frameworks and be able to work as part of a team.
• Require minimum of 7+ years of experience.
  
  Strong technical capability in some of the coding languages to deliver hands-on work and able to provide guidance to the team on best coding practices, code optimization, data review for correctness, and design of mobile framework solutions.
• Strong data or analytics background – Must have excellent insights to social media and customer behaviors/needs/preferences w.r.t Mobile applications.
• Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in all phases of product initiative life cycle from inception through implementation and beyond.
• Experience analyzing complex data to support mobile application development of clear narratives and presentations.
• Designing and building native mobile applications for Apple’s iOS or Android platform.
• Develop and document test UI automation and application framework enhancements in Java + Appium.
• Must have experience in one of the mobile automation tools and frameworks (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest)
• Hands on experience in designing and building automation frameworks from scratch or using open source tools
• Java and Shell Scripting is MUST
• Mobile Test Automation with Appium is a MUST

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and technical experience required.
• Typically requires 7+ years of experience.
• Proven experience as an app developer.
• Hands on development of Android/IOS applications is a big Plus
• Implement new testing / AUTOMATION frameworks for future products and features - Automation with Appium is a MUST
• Extensive experience with iOS Frameworks and integrating vendor app SDK’s.
• Knowledge of iOS back-end services.
• Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and application interface guidelines.
• Proficient in code versioning tools including Git, Bitbucket.
