• At least 5 years of experience in software development, with 2+ years leading development teams or serving as a technical lead

• Excelling in front‑end and back‑end development
• Designing cloud‑ready architectures in Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Utilizing microservices and containerized solutions

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 – $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position.
