We are establishing a Center for Architecture & AI in Dallas focused on building next-generation intelligent systems and enterprise-grade software agents. The team brings together senior engineers, architects, and platform leaders to design, build, and operate AI-enabled products that run in real-world enterprise environments. Our work spans modern software architecture, distributed systems, cloud platforms, and applied Generative AI. We value strong engineering fundamentals, deep technical ownership, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality, production‑ready systems.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a hands‑on contributor responsible for designing, building, and maintaining production‑grade software systems and AI‑augmented applications. This is a code‑first role where you will actively develop software agents, orchestration workflows, APIs, and services used in enterprise environments. You will participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, pair programming, and hands‑on coding exercises. Success in this role requires strong development skills, the ability to go deep on systems, and a willingness to learn and stretch across multiple projects as the platform evolves.

You will collaborate closely with architects, product leaders, and platform SRE/Dev Ops teams to deliver scalable, observable solutions.

Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office)

• 3+ years of hands‑on software development experience
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Type Script/Java Script
• Experience building APIs, services, and microservices (FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks)
• Hands‑on experience developing software agents or AI‑enabled applications
• Practical experience integrating or building LLM‑based systems (RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector stores, agent frameworks)
• Experience using AI‑assisted coding tools (Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT/Claude workflows) with an understanding of their limitations
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, refactoring, and performance considerations
• Experience deploying and operating production systems in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, logging, and observability
• Ability to discuss demonstrable work and go deep into systems you have built
• Willingness to participate in hands‑on coding and system design evaluations

• Builder mindset with a bias toward action and iteration
• Comfortable owning production code and being accountable for quality and maintainability
• Curious and pragmatic about AI systems—treats them as collaborators, not oracles
• Willing to learn quickly and stretch across multiple projects in a fast‑evolving environment

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
