The Billing Platform team oversees tools, infrastructure, data, reporting, analytics, and services essential for delivering billing experiences. The platform includes a core billing engine, invoicing system, commissions, collections, payment processing, CRM integration, subscription management, credit control, dunning management, reporting and analytics.

Design, build, and maintain large‑scale applications and distributed systems. Lead the re‑architecting of the platform from the ground up, enhancing scalability and efficiency.

• Oversee high‑level and low‑level designs of billing platform subsystems.
• Ensure quality, reliability, usability, and performance.
• Provide strategic guidance for multiple billing teams.
• Lead design and development of complex software systems.
• Identify and prioritize technical challenges.
• Develop solutions to address risks efficiently.
• Work closely with product and design teams.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.
• Mentor engineers and foster continuous learning.
• Provide technical guidance to help team members overcome challenges.

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience architecting large‑scale systems.
• Proficient coding in Java, Kotlin, Golang, or similar languages.
• Experience with SQL, No

• Proficient with cloud computing tools, Dev Ops, observability, telemetry, and test automation.
• Skilled collaborating across teams to build alignment and communicate.

• Experience in fintech, billing, payments, subscription management, or financial reporting.
• Track record designing and implementing workflow engines.

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
