We are looking for an experienced Lead with React.js to work with our Client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading application development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions in a hybrid work environment.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using Java and React.js.
• Provide technical leadership to offshore and onshore development teams
• Architect and develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Java
• Build responsive and user-friendly UI components using React.js
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams to define technical requirements
• Perform code reviews and enforce best coding practices and standards
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
• Mentor junior developers and guide team deliverables

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Java (Java 8 or above)
• Hands-on with Spring Boot , Spring MVC, Spring Security
• Experience in developing Microservices architecture
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs
• Experience with SQL / No
