• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical skills with the ability to take ownership of complex modules.
• Experience mentoring junior developers, conducting technical interviews, and leading small feature teams.
• Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders, understand requirements, and present technical solutions clearly.
