We are currently seeking a .NET Fullstack Senior Engineer to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Engineers, and engineering leaders that are hands‑in, hands‑on. Constant learners who are continuously honing their craft and improving their skills.

• .NET Core (8, 10), C# (12, 14) – expert in current language features
• Azure (or other public cloud provider) (cloud development, and distributed patterns)
• Git, Git Hub (CLI, Pull Requests)
• Open API & REST
• Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Testing (CI, CD, CT)
• (Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, Jenkins)
• SOLID Principles, Clean Code, and architectural patterns
• Test Driven Development, Automated testing (Unit, Integration, E2E)
• Docker and containerized (12 factor) applications

• AI augmented development with Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot or Cursor
• IoT experience
• Message and event driven architectures
• Observability & Open Telemetry
• Async API
• Kubernetes

Experienced engineer who works closely with the Team Lead to analyze and break down features, design components and modules, and establish patterns and practices. Expected to work independently, mentor junior engineers, and take ownership of significant portions of the standardization initiative. This role requires hands‑on technical expertise and the ability to leverage AI tools to maximize efficiency.

• Develop application features using best practices and patterns.
• Review and refactor code to align with established standards.
• Mentor junior engineers on pattern implementation.
• Collaborate with US teams on technical requirements.
• Contribute to establishing new team patterns and practices.

• 7+ years engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in .NET (8/9) and C#.
• Experience with distributed services on Azure.
• REST API and Asynchronous messaging development.
• Contract‑first development approach.
• Test‑driven development (TDD).
• Clean code and SOLID principles.
• 12‑factor application methodology.
• CI/CD practices.
• Containerization experience.
• Version control (Git) expertise.

• React or Angular.
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm).
• Kubernetes orchestration.
• Build pipeline implementation.
• Observability patterns.
• IoT solutions.

• Self‑directed and able to work independently.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Mentoring and knowledge‑sharing abilities.
• Comfortable working across timezones.
• AI & Modern Development:
  Experience with AI coding assistants (Git Hub Copilot, Claude Code), ability to apply AI tools to accelerate development work, willingness to adopt and promote AI‑augmented development practices.
