Job Title: Unreal Engine Developer

Rate: $60hr

Location: Hybrid in St Louis, MO, with satellite office locations in Dallas, TX or Tulsa, OK.

• Design, develop, and provide subject matter expertise for a flight simulation product built on Unreal Engine.

• Leverage, extend, or replace native Unreal Engine capabilities with a focus on performance and visual realism.

• Contribute to subsystems including rendering, shading, lighting, and animation.

• Provide guidance on estimation, scheduling, and software architecture decisions.

• Engage in all facets of software development from requirements assessment to end-user support.

• Unreal Engine developer experience - minimum 5 years.

• Proficiency in C++ programming.

• Experience in game or graphics programming (e.g., OpenGL, Direct3D).

• Strong understanding of software architecture and object-oriented design.

• Technical experience in areas such as multi-threading, design patterns, or GIS is a plus.
