Java Architect; USC​/GC

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Architect to design and lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The Java Architect will define system architecture, select technologies, and provide technical leadership to development teams.

• Define and own the overall application architecture for Java-based systems
• Design scalable, high-availability, and secure solutions
• Lead architecture for microservices and distributed systems
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and design guidelines
• Review system designs, code, and performance optimizations
• Collaborate with product owners, Dev Ops, QA, and business stakeholders
• Guide teams on Java, Spring, and related frameworks
• Support CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
• Ensure application performance, security, and maintainability

• Strong expertise in Core Java and Advanced Java
• Extensive experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security)
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with JPA/Hibernate
• Knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles
• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, Rabbit

• Proficiency with build tools (Maven, Gradle)
• Strong experience with version control (Git)
