Data Engineer | Hybrid - Denton, Tx

We are a leading commercial real estate company specializing in buying, selling, developing, and managing properties. As part of our continued growth and technology modernization, we are undertaking a major transformation of our legacy systems into modern, scalable platforms.

Currently seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions in an Azure cloud environment. This role focuses on developing and optimizing data warehouse solutions using Snowflake, writing high-quality T‑SQL, and implementing CI/CD pipelines to support reliable, automated data deployments. The ideal candidate is passionate about data architecture, performance optimization, and modern data engineering best practices.

Hybrid position. Required to report to office 3x a week in Denton, TX.

• Strong experience working in Azure cloud services
• Snowflake as a data warehouse
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for data platforms
• Advanced T‑SQL skills for data transformation and performance tuning

• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts
• Familiarity with data governance, lineage, and monitoring tools
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency with Git‑based source control
