Job Description Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and resilient microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Python frameworks.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and technical leads to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Engage actively with business stakeholders to understand telecom industry processes and identify opportunities to improve and automate workflows.
• Analyze existing business processes and propose technical improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage and interact with both relational and non-relational cloud databases, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Participate in Dev Ops practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Explore and integrate AI/ML tools and technologies where applicable to add value to business solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement activities.
• Proactively seek knowledge, stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices relevant to the telecom and software development domains.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5-7 years of professional experience in software development and technical analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with Microservice Architecture and implementation.
• Experience with Python backend development and integration.
• Exposure to AI technologies and machine learning frameworks is a strong plus.
• Experience working with databases such as Oracle, Snowflake, Postgre
  
  SQL, and MySQL to design and optimize data models,
• Able to execute queries and write scripts.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies:
  React.js, Node.js, Express.js.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to engage confidently with leads, business users, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for learning and exploring new technologies.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and be highly proactive in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience exploring and integrating AI/ML tools and technologies to add value to business solutions.
• Knowledge of Dev Ops tools and practices including CI/CD, container orchestration, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in the telecom industry or familiarity with telecom business processes.

• Work timing between 1 PM to 10 PM
