We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Lead with strong hands‑on development experience and expertise in .NET Core to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high‑performance enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader, capable of guiding development teams, defining architectural standards, and actively participating in development tasks.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Dallas, TX/Pittsburgh, PA is $120k - $130k/year & benefits (see below).

• Lead the end-to-end architecture design for .NET-based applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Drive the adoption of best practices within the development team, including containerization, microservices, and cloud deployments.
• Hands‑on development in .NET Core, including coding, code reviews, and technical troubleshooting.
• Define and enforce coding standards, guidelines, and architectural principles.
• Maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, data flow diagrams, and API documentation.
• Mentor and support development teams on best practices, design patterns, and new technologies.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and frameworks to improve development efficiency and product quality.
• Ensure application security, scalability, performance, and reliability.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• software development experience, with at least 3+ years in architecture roles.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core/.NET 5+.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server, Entity Framework, and No
  
  SQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops practices, and related tools (Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
