We are seeking a skilled Service Now Developer with 2–5 years of experience to design, develop, customize, and maintain Service Now applications and workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Service Now, JavaScript, and ITSM, and will work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
Develop, configure, customize, and maintain Service Now applications and modules.
Build and enhance ITSM workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations.
Develop solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes.
Configure core Service Now modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
Integrate Service Now with internal and third‑party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
Required qualifications
2–5 years of Service Now development experience.
Strong JavaScript programming skills.
Experience with Service Now platform, ITSM processes, and ITIL concepts.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and Service Now APIs.
Nice to have
Service Now Certified System Administrator or Developer certification.
Experience with Service Portal, Flow Designer, or Integration Hub.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
