As a Technology Service Delivery Senior, you’ll be based in our Service Delivery Center, which is made up of high-performing US-based colleagues who work closely with our experienced advisory professionals. We deliver Technology project-based work and managed services to our clients. Here, you’ll work as part of a project team and will be responsible for the design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery and support of Technology solutions.

This position is fast-paced and ever-changing, which means you’ll need to be a flexible self-starter and be able to manage changing priorities and learning new and rapidly changing technology solutions.

The goal is to help clients solve complex business problems by delivering robust enterprise solutions. You will translate requirements into secure services, integrate new interfaces with existing systems, and own assigned work streams independently from design through production support, while applying strong code quality, security, testing, and automation standards.

• Working knowledge and hands‑on experience developing enterprise server‑side applications, APIs, and integrations using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.

• Working knowledge of messaging and event streaming platforms such as Kafka, JMS, or RabbitMQ.
• Working knowledge of containerization and cloud deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Own assigned work streams independently from design through production support, including production triage.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, testing, and operations teams, and mentor less‑experienced team members where appropriate.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in enterprise application development.
