Description

Supporting a large-scale lending technology modernization initiative focused on improving document processing capabilities, application integrations, and operational scalability across lending platforms. We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join a Lending technology team responsible for modernizing document processing and servicing applications. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing scalable microservices and user-facing applications that support key business processes.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on engineer with experience across both front-end and back-end technologies, strong cloud‑native development skills, and a passion for building modern, event‑driven applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications supporting Home Lending and document processing platforms.
Build and enhance APIs, microservices, and distributed systems using modern .NET technologies.
Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using Angular.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Design and implement event-driven solutions leveraging messaging and streaming technologies.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops automation practices to improve software quality and delivery speed.
Ensure applications meet security, scalability, reliability, and performance standards.
Support application modernization initiatives and cloud-native architectural patterns.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across development teams.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise application development.
Strong full-stack development experience
C#
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and service-oriented architecture.
Experience building and maintaining microservices-based applications.
Solid knowledge of SQL and relational database design.
Experience with Kafka or similar event-streaming platforms.
Understanding of event-driven architecture patterns.
Experience working within Agile development teams.
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with :

CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
Containerization and cloud‑native application development
Observability, monitoring, and performance tuning
Financial Services or Banking experience.
Mortgage Lending or Home Lending domain knowledge.
Experience supporting document imaging, workflow, or content management platforms.
Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and large-scale distributed systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
