Seeking a hands-on Technical Lead with strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, AWS Serverless, Microservices, Kubernetes, Kafka, and Dev Ops to lead architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale cloud-native applications.

• Lead development teams and provide technical direction.
• Design and develop scalable applications using Node.js, React.js, and Microservices.
• Build and manage AWS Serverless solutions using Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, Event Bridge, and Step Functions.
• Drive architecture reviews, coding standards, and best practices.
• Mentor developers through code reviews and technical coaching.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, UX, and Dev Ops teams.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and support production deployments.

Backend: Node.js, Express.js, Type Script, REST APIs, Microservices

Frontend: React.js, Redux/Context API, HTML5, CSS3

Cloud: AWS Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Cloud Watch, IAM

Dev Ops: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Sonar Qube

Databases & Messaging: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Kafka (RabbitMQ preferred)

• 10-14 years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with AWS Cloud and Serverless architectures.
• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams.
• Experience building enterprise-scale, cloud-native applications.
• Must be local to or willing to relocate to Dallas, TX and work onsite.

A technical leader who can drive architecture decisions, mentor teams, and deliver scalable, high-performance applications while remaining hands-on with development and cloud technologies

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $73,150 to $174,000
