Our client is putting together a tiny team to build and ship UI quickly and needs a hands-on Lead UI Developer to drive it. You'll write most of the code yourself, own the front-end architecture, and keep a few developers moving in the same direction.

AI coding tools (e.g. Git Hub Copilot) are part of how this team works. We're looking for someone with hands-on, proven experience using these tools on real projects, who can show where they've helped deliver faster without lowering code quality.
