Location This is an onsite role based in Dallas, TX. Local candidates are required.## About the Job You're Considering Capgemini is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale applications using Node.js, React.js, AWS Serverless, and Cloud-Native technologies. This role partners with technical leads, architects, and business stakeholders to build scalable microservices, modern web applications, and event-driven solutions while leveraging AWS cloud services and Dev Ops best practices.##

Your Role
• Develop backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and Microservices Architecture.
• Build responsive web applications using React.js, Redux, Type Script, HTML5, and CSS
3.
• Design and develop REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Build cloud-native and serverless applications using AWS services.
• Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka and messaging platforms.
• Develop scalable and secure distributed applications for enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with architects, technical leads, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and design sessions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and Dev Ops initiatives.
• Troubleshoot application issues and support production environments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and estimation activities.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices## Your Skills and Experience
• At least 4–8 years of experience in Full Stack Development, Software Engineering, or Enterprise Application Development.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Type Script, REST APIs, and Microservices Architecture.
• Hands-on experience developing web applications using React.js, Redux/Context API, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with GraphQL is preferred.
• Strong experience building cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS, SNS, Event Bridge, Step Functions, Cloud Watch, and IAM.
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/Cloud Formation, Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git, Sonar Qube, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB/DynamoDB databases.
• Experience with RabbitMQ is preferred.
• Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, SSO, and RBAC security frameworks.
• Experience building high-volume transactional and distributed systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• AWS Developer Associate or AWS Solutions Architect certification is preferred.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $ 54,380 to $99,650
