• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

• Experience in enterprise architecture, integration architecture, middleware, SOA, and API platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Mule Soft Anypoint Platform, API-led connectivity, Mule applications, API specifications, reusable assets, integrations, and deployment models.
• Experience designing hybrid integration solutions across cloud, on-premises, SaaS, legacy, file-based, batch, event-driven, REST, SOAP, and messaging-based architectures.
• Understanding of security architecture, API protection, OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, secrets management, data protection, and compliance controls.
• Experience working with Agile delivery teams, architecture governance forums, design review boards, and enterprise stakeholders.

• Experience with Cloud Hub, Runtime Fabric, on-premises Mule runtimes, hybrid deployment models, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with complementary API management and integration platforms such as IBM API Connect, IBM Data Power, Google Apigee, Salesforce, IBM Cloud Pak, MQ, Message Broker, and managed file transfer solutions.
