We are seeking a
** Java Lead
** with strong expertise in Java, Microservices, and AWS Cloud technologies to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle, cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and payment platform integrations.##

Job Description:

* Lead the design and development of cloud-native applications using Java and Microservices architecture.
* Develop and maintain applications using
** JDK 17**,
** Spring Boot**, and
** JUnit**.
* Drive architectural and technical decisions for scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
* Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops best practices.
* Support cloud infrastructure deployment and optimization on AWS.
* Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and Sonar analysis.
* Mentor development teams and promote engineering best practices.### Required Skills
* Strong hands-on experience with:  + Java (JDK 17)  + Spring Boot  + Microservices Architecture  + JUnit
* Extensive experience with
** AWS Cloud Platform
** and cloud infrastructure.
* Good understanding of:  + PostgreSQL  + Docker  + Git / Git Hub / Git Lab  + CI/CD Pipelines  + Sonar Qube
* Experience with source code management, branching strategies, and release management.
* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and leadership skills.### Preferred Skills
* Experience with testing and performance validation tools such as:  + JMeter  + Playwright
* Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as
** Claude**.
* Knowledge of modern Dev Ops and automation practices.### Domain Experience
* Preferred experience in the
** Payments Domain**, including:  + Payment Processing  + Wallet Management  + Third-Party Payment Gateway Integrations  + Financial Transactions and Settlement Processes The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 90000 - 115000/per annum.
