Salesforce Technical Lead
Job Location :
Dallas, TXThe ideal Candidate is responsible for designing developing and implementing Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components LWC Apex programming language and integration techniques This role involves collaborating with stakeholders translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring the delivery of high-quality scalable and maintainable solutions
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain custom applications using LWC Aura Components Apex classes and triggers
Implement complex business logic using Apex Process Builder and Flows Develop and maintain integrations with other systems using RESTSOAP APIs platform events and other integration patterns
Collaborate with business analysts architects and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure high performance and responsive designs across Salesforce applications
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using RESTSOAP APIs and middleware platforms
Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components LWC and Aura Framework Hands-on experience with Sales and Service Cloud including configuration and custom development
Proven experience with Apex classes triggers batch jobs and asynchronous processing
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture governor limits and performance optimization
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIsFollow and enforce Salesforce best practices coding standards and development methodologies
Leads technical requirements gathering or design workshops to derive the envisioned solution along with detailed architecture design and technical specifications
Provides Salesforce architecture design expertise in integrating the Salesforce solution to clients ecosystems
Provide technical governance and risk management during presales and delivery
Develop creative solutions that solve our clients business and technical problems
Leads and facilitates project delivery to define business functional and technical requirements
Capable of defining business processes using CRM SFDC best practices
Develops data integration data migration and Dev Ops deployment strategies
Provide coaching and establishing standards to development team during the implementation phase
Preparation of Demonstration orchestrating Proof of Concepts and benefit realization
Manages direct reports and mentors junior team members
Engagement with clients stakeholders to understand their needs provide meaningful solutions and build strong relationships to be the trusted partner
Perform solution effort sizing and define delivery plan Assess advocate for and approve external technologies such as Salesforce App Exchange packages for their suitability
Engage in practice development initiatives and runs knowledge sharing forum
Experience 7 to 11 years
