ServiceNow Technical Architect

We are looking for an experienced Service Now Technical Architect with strong knowledge of the Service Now platform and a valid Service Now Technical Architect certification. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Service Now solutions based on business requirements.

• Design and develop technical solutions on the Service Now platform.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into technical designs.
• Work on Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Lead Service Now implementations, integrations, and customizations.
• Ensure solutions follow Service Now best practices and standards.
• Work with developers, business teams, and stakeholders to deliver projects.
• Review technical designs and ensure solution quality.

• Strong experience in Service Now architecture and implementation.
• Hands-on knowledge of Service Now platform configuration and development.
• Knowledge of workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, and platform security.
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
• Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification or the specific Technical Architect certification required by the client.
