D1 recruiter's job is to reach athletes in our area and educate parents and athletes on why implementing and instilling the D1 Training mindset will take their athlete or personal fitness to the next level.

As a recruiter at D1 Training, you will need to have high energy, enthusiasm, a burning passion for performance and fitness, and a want to serve your community. We are looking for applicants with sales experience to join our Recruiting team. This position involves taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, booking VIP workouts and consults, and selling all D1 products and services.

MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN A FAST-PACED SALES ENVIRONMENT.

• Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact and excitement about the opportunity to change their life.
• Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals.
• Nurturing leads through our trusted sales process.
• Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly. Done so daily.
• Conducting Client health checks with our athletes to ensure they are maximizing their training.

• Must be a high-energy individual with a contagiously positive attitude.
• Passionate about training and exercise.
• Must have 1+ years in sales.
• Must have 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.
• Must have 1+ years of experience playing a sport or selling athletic products and services.
