Reformer Pilates Instructor

Pilates inspired, 45 minute, full body strength training group classes on the custom BODYROK reformer. Our hybrid Pilates sequences will have you plank, lunge, squeeze, pike, jump, and push your body. BODYROK's experienced instructors are here to guide, challenge, and support you, ensuring every workout pushes you to have a ROKSTAR experience. The nationally accredited BODYROK Instructor training program provides comprehensive education in reformer-based Pilates, equipping instructors with the knowledge and skills to deliver dynamic, high-intensity workouts. This certification ensures instructors are well-versed in proper form, cueing, and class structure, preparing them to lead engaging and effective sessions in BODYROK studios nationwide.

We are looking for experienced instructors with the following qualifications:

• Confidence, enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for fitness and music!
• Excellent ability to multitask.
• Capability and interest in learning / growing with our expanding brand.
• Minimum 1-year experience in at least one of the following:
  Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HITT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness.
• Ability to motivate and challenge group classes.
• Great cueing, ability to communicate.
• Understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.
