Overview
Are you the life of the party and do kids naturally gravitate toward you? Do you enjoy teaching and being with toddlers? This is an opportunity to positively impact the kids in our community through imaginative learning and physical activity. We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic coach to lead our “Soccer Parent & Me” classes for toddlers (18 months to 3 years) and their parents.
The program introduces the fundamentals of soccer through age-appropriate games and activities, supporting motor skill development, socialization, and bonding between parents and children. Our ideal candidate has prior experience with children (as a teacher, nanny, daycare, youth leader, or camp leader) and genuinely loves working with children. Training on the job, a flexible schedule, and incentive programs are available.
- lead engaging, high-energy sessions for toddlers and their parents or caregivers
- create a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all participants
- demonstrate basic soccer skills in a playful and age-appropriate manner
- provide guidance and encouragement to parents on how to support their child’s learning
- set up and take down equipment before and after sessions
- communicate with parents and caregivers in a friendly and professional way
- ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times
- maintain a fun and patient attitude while working with young children
- embody an active lifestyle and act as an ambassador for our company and values

Age Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old
Educational Requirements: High school diploma with some college (preferred)
Transportation: You must hold a valid driver’s license
, and have reliable transportation as you may work at multiple locations in a day.
Schedule: Availability most Monday-Saturday mornings and/or afternoons is preferred.
Location: Classes are held at schools, daycares, pre-schools, parks, and recreational centers across Dallas County
. Depending on the coach’s primary residence, travel up to an hour to a class location may be required.
- Ability to run, bend, lift, and engage in physical activity with toddlers for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- You bring energy, are punctual, and stay organized
- Ability to work with kids 18 months to 12 years old independently
- Integrity, positivity, patience, and a willingness to be silly when appropriate
- Experience with toddlers or young children (coaching, teaching, babysitting, etc.)
- Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality
- Knowledge of soccer fundamentals is a plus but not required
- Ability to lead groups and engage both parents and children
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
