Position OverviewYoga Six Dallas is hiring a Certified Yoga Teacher to lead Sculpt & Flow classes
. Teachers in this role deliver high-energy, fitness-based yoga classes that blend vinyasa flow with strength training, cardio bursts, and core-focused movements. This position is ideal for instructors who thrive on motivating students, building community, and bringing a fun, music-driven workout to life.
Sculpt & Flow combines the flow of vinyasa yoga with strength and conditioning elements. Classes include light weights, cardio intervals, and core training
, set to upbeat music. This format builds lean muscle, improves endurance, and leaves students feeling strong, challenged, and energized.
Teach engaging Sculpt & Flow classes with yoga, strength, and cardio elements.
Provide safe, motivating, and effective instruction for all fitness levels.
Build energy in the room through upbeat playlists and strong presence.
Connect with members before and after class to foster community and retention.
Support the overall success and culture of Yoga Six Dallas.
QualificationsMinimum 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Certification required.
At least 1 year of teaching experience preferred.
Background in yoga sculpt, strength training, or group fitness is a plus.
Energetic and outgoing with excellent communication skills.
Comfortable teaching in heated environments.
Professional, punctual, and reliable.
$35 $ 50 per class
