Swim Instructor

Job Overview

We are looking for a fun, positive person who loves to work with kids. As a swim instructor, you are responsible for the safety of each class and teaching swim skills from the basics to our advanced swimmers using our curriculum. You will work to build water confidence within your students and encourage each student to rise to the best of their abilities.

You can expect to regularly communicate with students and fellow staff members as well as ongoing training throughout your employment.

We offer swim lessons from the age of 6 months to 13 years old and have lessons from parent/child to our pre‑competitive swim team. Paid hands‑on training is provided for all instructors starting at $13 an hour and the opportunity for growth within our company.

• Ability to handle equipment or a small child up to 50 pounds
• Must be 16 or older
• Afternoon availability or at least one weekend day (Required)
• Working with children: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

• Monday: 3:30 pm – 7:30 pm
• Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm & 3:30 pm – 7:30 pm
• Saturday: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
• Sunday: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
