Fitness Instructor

Compensation:

$25 to $55 per session, depending on class size—more clients mean higher earnings.

Competitive pay with performance bonuses, referral bonuses for bringing in new clients or instructors, guaranteed minimum pay per class, paid prep or administrative hours, and commissions on retail or packages sold.

Requirements:

Confidence, enthusiasm, energy, passion for fitness and music, excellent multitasking, willingness to learn and grow with our brand, and preferably at least 1 year of experience in Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HITT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness.

Ability to motivate, lead, cue effectively, communicate well, and understand anatomy and biomechanics.
