Challenger Sports is seeking reliable, energetic, and enthusiastic soccer coaches for our British Soccer Academy and Tiny Tykes programs across the DFW Metro Area.

Tiny Tykes is a FUNdamental introduction to soccer for children aged 2-6. Coaches teach basic soccer skills through fun games and stories in weekly 45-minute classes. Our curriculum, designed by soccer experts and child development professionals, helps develop motor, social, and psychological skills in young players.

$20-$30 per hour (classes are usually 45-60 minutes) plus bonus schemes.

• Classes run Monday through Saturday, lasting 45-60 minutes. Coaches are provided with uniforms, equipment, training, and a curriculum.
• Flexible part-time hours in a rewarding environment, typically at preschools and sports complexes, in 6-8 week blocks.

• Deliver coaching sessions to teams and programs.
• Be a positive role model, providing feedback to players, parents, and fellow coaches.
• Represent Challenger Sports professionally.
• Coaching experience in soccer is required.

Compensation for this role is paid weekly based on previous seasons worked as a trainer.

• Criminal Background Check or willingness to apply.
• Knowledge of current first aid procedures.
• Personable, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Playing or coaching experience preferred.
• Valid work authorization.
